 During this phone call, we will determine the project's basic scope of work and explain our design process. After your Discovery Call with us, we typically recommend a Design Consultation so that we can schedule a time to go out to your space. We will take measurements and photograph the space. This is also when we will go through the client's inspiration photos and establish the goals and better scope of work for the project. 

After our meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design fee, and furnishing estimate. Once this proposal is signed, we can truly begin.  

In this Phase, we map out everything needed to bring the vision for your home to life! We create a customized space plan, including items that are scaled perfectly for your space and an ideal placement of those items. We also present mood/concept boards that illustrate the "feel" we are going for in your space. We meet with the client to confirm we're on track during this phase.

This is when we present the Final Design Plan. Based on our time together, we will collect tactile samples - specific furnishings, fabrics, finishes, lighting and plumbing fixtures, etc. and draft initial selections, floor plans, and inspiration boards. Once our plans are aligned with your vision, we will begin bringing concepts to life through sourcing, scheduling, and detailed elevations.  Pricing on all specific items are totaled, finalized and ordered. 

Much of this phase takes place behind the scenes as we manage orders, oversee any needed construction with site visits,  and coordination with the trades  (if part of the scope). 

We are finally able to fully implement the concepts we have created together. These final touches typically take one to three days as we install fixtures, furnishings, window treatments, and accessories.  During this time we will schedule a professional photographer to take photos of your new space. After the reveal we will go over any loose ends and close off with a toast to your new space! Well done!
