About our packages
Virtual design package
We provide your layout and the vision to select the perfect pieces. Our customized E-Design Package offers a written report with clickable links to order every item. You will provide 5 to 10 photos with detailed comments and measurements, and then we'll have a video call to discuss your needs! Go at your own pace and create the space of your dreams!
Package Includes...
· A 2-Dimensional rendering of the space to demonstrate furniture layout and a mood board which is a visual representation of the furniture selection and design.
· Color Selection for your space
· A video call with an in-depth discussion of your space, your budget, and how to make it work with the vision you have.
· Up to two revisions in the proposed design any additional revisions are $50 each revision
· Selection of any furniture, decor (including wall art, mirrors, pillows, and rugs), lighting, ready-made curtains/shades with Clickable links written in a report to purchase pieces in the proposed design discussed.
· All ordering, maintaining of the budget, returns, furniture assembly, and contractor work is the responsibility of the client independent of Lotuss Designs (we may make recommendations).

There is an estimated 6-8 week turn around on this package
(This package does not include kitchen and bathrooms. Please contact us for a more information on doing kitchens and bathroom projects.
This package also does not include specific room styling accessories (e.g. bookshelf and tabletop decor) selections or designs of custom furniture or window treatments)
Color consultation Package
This Onsite Package we provide you with a concrete color plan. Don’t be overwhelmed with maximizing your home’s cohesiveness and flow. Forget waiting in those long lines and agonizing over thousands of colors with no guidance or direction. Let us come in and streamline the process!
Package Includes...
· Provision for paint samples (up to three colors per space)
· Provision for paint materials (brushes/sponge)
· Ongoing consultation for the duration of the package
· Establishing a color palette to maximize flow.
· Assistance with color selection
· Customized color plan complete with: brand name, paint color name, wall application, paint finish
· Meet up to three times during the color selection process. General 3 meeting format for a color consultation is:
Meeting 1:
· Evaluation and discussion of the spaces being addressed.
· Make initial color choice selections (up to 3 colors per space).
· Lotuss Designs will provide paint fan decks.
Meeting 2:
· Initially selected color samples will be applied and left on the wall(s) to be previewed during different times of the day to see how they may be altered by light as well as how they might look in natural light versus by lamps/overhead lighting.
Meeting 3:
· Return for final evaluation and final selection of colors (ideally within 72 hours of the initial application).
Décor & Project Management Package
Need to start from scratch? Got an empty room? Structural changes already complete? Have no idea what do to? Let us provide the vision and then make it a reality! This onsite package will take the stress away. Have as much or as little input as you want. Sit back and relax! We’ll handle it!
Package Includes...
· Detailed product list of all furniture and paint being used complete the design. List will include, store name, price, as well as paint colors, brand, and application.
· A 2-Dimensional rendering of the space to demonstrate furniture layout and concept board
* Renderings are approximations only and may not be substituted for architectural drawings or plans. *
· Selection of any furniture, decor (including wall art, mirrors, pillows, and rugs), lighting, window treatments, and paint color recommendations as needed for the project. Detailed product list of all furniture and paint being used complete the design. The list will include store name, price, as well as paint colors, and brand.
· Producing the scope of work, collaboration and coordination of contractors and multiple trades when needed
· Onsite observation of trades’ people to ensure the vision of the design.
· Ordering, tracking, and set up for delivery or transporting smaller materials (Lotuss Designs discretion)
· Preparing and maintaining update invoices and receipts
· Up to 3 joint shopping excursions (with 24 hours’ notice)
· Independent shopping excursions as needed.
· Recommending & assisting with the coordination with licensed and insured trades people
· The length of package will be agreed upon and specified in the written agreement.

Space planning Package
Package Includes...
- Email communication only to discuss spatial needs.
- Space plan sent via email with explanation of our decisions. Kitchen and Bath plans are not included at the moment. There is currently an estimated 10 week turn around for space planning services.
What to expect:
- Along with pictures of your space, we will require an existing floor plan with clear dimensions noted. This can be a digital drawing, current home plans, or sketched by you!
- Communication will take place after purchase via email to discuss your layout needs.
- Once completed, we will send all space plans via email (CAD documents converted to JPEG or PDF
